EUROPEAN FESTIVAL OF TELEVISION PRODUCTION FOR CHILDREN
LET’S GROW TOGETHER
I
GENERAL TERMS AND RULES
The founder and organizer of the European Festival of Television Production for Children LET’S GROW TOGETHER is the Association for Music and Dramatic Arts, Art Beat Center.
The festival is held in a conventional format. In the event of any epidemiological restrictions regarding public gatherings, the organizers commit to implementing measures in accordance with the decisions of the relevant institutions of the Republic of Serbia. In case of a ban on public gatherings, the festival will be organized in a streaming format on the Festival's website.
The aim of the Festival is to present television content for children and youth, both Serbian and international productions.
The Festival aims to present top-quality programs that are FOR children and youth, not ABOUT children and youth.
The Festival has a competitive nature.
II
THE CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
– The participants of the festival should:
I Address a wider audience with their productions, meeting the criteria for continuous audience development.
II Submit innovative and original content that offers a fresh take on a classic genre.
III Present content that is educational.
IV Present content that has artistic value.
V Submit content that has been produced, co-produced, or supported by public broadcasters from the countries they come from, or content of productions that have been broadcast by public broadcasters.
VI Submit produced content that has been premiered or will be aired between January 1, 2023, and September 1, 2024.
Applications are submitted in six categories:
NON-FICTION (scientific series, magazine programs—with or without fictional segments, quizzes, music programs, reality shows... and similar)
– Up to 6 years non-fiction
– From 7 to 10 years non-fiction
– From 11 to 15 years non-fiction
FICTION (scripted stories, dramas, comedies, sitcoms... and similar)
– Up to 6 years fiction
– From 7 to 10 years fiction
– From 11 to 15 years fiction
By applying to the Festival, participants consent to having the submitted content become part of the archive and catalog of the LET’S GROW TOGETHER Festival.

APPLICATION
The Festival is open for applications from:
I Public services broadcasters of the participating countries
II Media that broadcast content on any platform that airs content according to a regular schedule (TV channels, cable, satellite, and digital television; internet or mobile media that stream content at specific times and according to a set schedule)
III Media outlets that broadcast content on platforms with archives available for streaming on demand or download (service providers must upload a minimum of 10 entries per month with consistently high view counts (approximately 10,000 subscribers or views for each uploaded video) and professional production standards)
IV Other organizations that are entitled to submit produced content to the festival, in accordance with agreements with relevant broadcasters from participating countries
V Productions that have already participated in or been awarded at other festivals and showcases
The submitted content must be commissioned, produced, or co-produced (referring to creative contribution, not just financial investment) by the company or production submitting it, and not acquired or adapted from the work of others.

ENTRY RESTRICTIONS
– PRODUCTION COMPANIES (tv stations, independent organizations...etc.)
*** Can submit 1 content per category
– PROGRAM DISTRIBUTORS
*** 60 minutes of total content (broadcasters, streaming platforms, VOD)
SUBMITTED CONTENT MUST BE:
– Aired for the first time between January 1, 2023, and September 1, 2024.
– At least 3 minutes and no more than 45 minutes in length.
– Identical in duration and content to the program that was aired/distributed.
– Limited to only one episode of a series.
– Subtitled in English.
Submitting productions whose content is in violation of laws and public morals, particularly content that is racist, xenophobic, promotes piracy, hacking techniques, or similar materials, is prohibited and constitutes a breach of Rights and Regulations. The promotion of products, propaganda content, and content that violates the Declaration of Human Rights is also not permitted.
APPLICATION CONTENT
– Content in MP4 format with subtitles integrated into the video
– 3 photographs from the content production process for display (including the name of the photographer)
– A brief summary and description of the content in English

LICENCE
Applicants bear full responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided in the application.
By applying, they guarantee that they are the owners of the copyrights and all related rights to the content.
The applicant grants the RASTIMO ZAJEDNO Festival non-exclusive, unlimited rights—geographically, temporally, and content-wise—to use the program in whole and/or
in parts for non-commercial public display within festival events, for educational, research, and training purposes. This also includes TV broadcasts and live streaming (up to 3 minutes).
The applicant grants free of charge:
– Rights to transfer (parts up to 3 minutes)
– Rights to enable and distribute for public availability (parts up to 3 minutes)
– Rights for public display
– Rights for archiving the program
– Rights for editing for promotional purposes
– Rights for printing
– Rights to make available for display on a protected streaming platform for a limited time period from October 1, 2024, to October 10, 2024, with application data accessible only to the festival jury members and selection team.
VI
JURY
The organizer appoints members of the international jury, qualified individuals selected from among experts in the festival categories.
The organizer arranges for the children's jury to be held in the territory of the Republic of Serbia and the Western Balkans.
The jury selects winners in each festival category. The jury's decision is announced on the final day of the official festival in October. The jury's decision is final and not subject to appeal.
