European festival of television creativity for children LET'S GROW TOGETHER

ELMA ČAUŠEVIĆ

Editor and producer, specialized in developing and producing content for children and young people. She has worked in the electronic media industry for over 15 years. For the last six, she has been working at Eurovision News Exchange for Southeast Europe - (ERNO) in Sarajevo. In addition to her daily work on the exchange of daily social and political news in 11 countries of Southeast Europe, she works as an executive producer in the ERNO Office on the development of content and programs for children and young people on public services in the countries of the Western Balkans with the help of the EU. She points out the production of quality TV programs and teaching young journalists how to work in newsrooms and for specific programs as the most valuable experience. She is an expert in developing programs for children and youth, the complete creation of the program - from budgeting to the final product. For many years, she worked at Radio Television of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BHRT), Radio Television of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (RTVFBIH), and Radio Stari Grad Sarajevo. As an editor, journalist, and reporter, she worked in various areas of TV and radio journalism: leading live programs, documentary portraits, live broadcasts, daily and weekly magazine formats, and news programs. She is also responsible for coordination in the field of online production and exchange of documentary programs between public broadcasting services in the region of Southeast Europe, as well as for monitoring, verification, and provision of social media content for the social media community of the European Broadcasting Union (EBU).

DUNJA KARLOVŠEK

Media psychologist, content creator
Children's and Youth Programmes, RTV Slovenija

Dunja Karlovsek is a media psychologist, specialised in children’s and youth content. For eight years she has been working at a national television station RTV Slovenija as a content creator in Children and Youth’s Programmes in various areas: live action shows, doku portraits and live broadcast for young audiences. She also collaborates with the National Institute of Public Health of Slovenia preparing media guidlines for kids all ages.

MILAN STOJANOVIĆ

Milan Stojanović is the producer of HOW I LEARNED TO FLY / LETO KADA SAM NAUČILA DA LETIM, a hit children film from 2022, which was seen by more than 250.000 people in the region and won over 30 awards. Milan also produced OASIS / OAZA (2020 / Venice Days), WORKING CLASS GOES TO HELL / RADNIČKA KLASA IDE U PAKAO (2023 / Toronto IFF) and BARBARIANS / VARVARI (2014 / Karlovy Vary IFF).
Milan is assistant professor at the Faculty of Drama Arts in Belgrade and a member of the European Film Academy. He is one of the founders of Filmkultura, Association for Education in Audiovisual Culture.

JOHANNA SMITH

Director, scriptwriter, concept creator
Yle Finnish Broadcasting Company
During my sixteen years in Yle Children's Programs I have worked as a director and content creator with various genres: infotainment series, live action magazine programs, game shows, concerts, music and dance programs and animation. My field of professional expertise varies from multi-camera directing to single camerawork productions. In addition I have directed fiction in such drama series as Advent Calendar and 13-part youth series Sori siitä. I’ve been awarded the KOURA (Education Fund) Honorary Award for the Best Children’s Television Program of the Year for Pikku Porriainen (2017) and Nalle Talvi (2018).”

SILVA SKENDER

“During my 27 years of work at HRT, I gained experience by working in different program segments (assistant director, journalist, presenter, editor - presenter, program editor etc.)
In the period from 2002 to 2004, I was the editor of the School Program (2002-2004) and the editor of the Children's Program (2003-2004).
In the period from 2003 to 2006 (and 2015), I led the Eurovision Children's Song project, organized national elections and was a member of the JESC Board of Directors.
In 2021 I was a member of the jury for preschool programs of Japan price festival.
I am currently working as a coordinating editor in the Program for Children and Youth and as screenwriter and editor in Entertainment Program.”
